Title: Galaxy-- black hole coevolution and detection of gravitational wave in space

Abstract: After presenting some basics of detection of gravitational wave in space, I will describe

the science underlying the detection, in particular how it sheds light on our understanding of

structural formation in early Universe and the rationale of incorporating the detection program

in our future high redshift, infrared red astronomy in China.
